  • It is imperative the owner is aware of the condition of the unit prior to a tenant moving in so that it can be measured against the move out condition. This is done using thorough checklists and before and after photos. This is done so that the deficiencies can be promptly addressed. The inspection is done in front of the tenant to avoid any confusion or miscommunication at which time the tenant is required to sign off on the inspection to confirm that all claims are valid and understood between the tenant and the Property Manager.
