Rent Collection

Our collection process is regimented and is collected in a timely manner on a consistent basis. Other than cash, bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, tenants method of payment is flexible in order to ensure it is paid and gets to you as promptly as possible. 

  • It is imperative the owner is aware of the condition of the unit prior to a tenant moving in so that it can be measured against the move out condition. This is done using thorough checklists and before and after photos. This is done so that the deficiencies can be promptly addressed. The inspection is done in front of the tenant to avoid any confusion or miscommunication at which time the tenant is required to sign off on the inspection to confirm that all claims are valid and understood between the tenant and the Property Manager.

Eviction

If the tenant breaches the terms of the lease or engages in non-payment on a consistent basis, we will initiate the proper legal steps, in a prompt and responsive time frame.
